Mission Statement

Our mission is to make technological services available to everyone; doing so with passion, integrity, and fairness, in order to build lasting relationships and make an honest profit.

1) Integrity: Honesty and Fairness
      In all things we do, we must be honest and fair, without exception.

2) Educate and Inform
      We should always encourage questions and be informative as to services we provide. We strive to educate and promote understanding. Be transparent with what we are doing and how we are doing it.

3) Provide Value
      Provide the customer with options and suggest those that would be the most beneficial or practical, even if such options are less profitable or more difficult. Keep the best interest of the customer first.

4) Our Customers Know What They Want
      Whether or not our customer knows if a product or service is available, or know how to articulate it, our mission is to provide value. Our aim is to help our customer with the all information they need to make an informed decision. We need to be honest and always educate our customer with all options available to them, and to help them to make well-informed choices.

5) Full Documentation
      In the course of providing service, it is our goal that all pertinent information is documented and provided to the customer. In the event that ZAMKO is no longer able to provide our services, or our customer no longer wishes ZAMKO to provide such services, we will have done our best to make the all information already available to the customer, with the only exception being proprietary information. We should do this in such a way that if an in-house solution or a different vendor of related services is retained, that the information necessary to perform said services is readily available.

6) Be The Better Vendor: Never Settle or Surrender
      We must never cave to apathy, complacency, or discouragement. Our passion and determination needs to be infallable. ZAMKO should strive to be second to none.

7) Never Stop Improving
      We must never stop trying to better ourselves or improve what we do. We must be committed to learning, researching, and honing our skills in order to provide our customers with new and better services.

8) Identify and Correct Our Weaknesses
      We must identify our weaknesses, admit our shortcomings, and immediately remedy these issues. We must not succumb to pride, excuses, nor rationalization when we become aware of our faults.

9) Never Be Daunted
      Daunted, verb - to lessen the courage of; intimidated;

10) No Job, Customer, or Project Is Too Small
      Our rates need to be transparent, and if a customer would like to obtain our services, no matter the perceived significance, we make our services available to all.
