ZAMKO Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy:

This privacy notice serves to disclose the privacy practices we at ZAMKO Technologies, ZAMKOtech.com, and any other ZAMKO entities have adopted as it relates to information we collect about and from you. This privacy notice applies to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise. This notice will notify you of the following:

  • What information we collect;
  • With whom it is shared;
  • How it can be corrected;
  • How it is secured;
  • How policy changes will be communicated; and
  • How to address concerns over misuse of personal data.

The Short "Non-Legalese" Summary of our Privacy Policy:

The information ZAMKO collects about you is strictly for allowing us to meet your needs as a customer. You may be looking for a “Don't sell my information” button on our site, and you won't find one. This is because WE DON'T AND WON'T SELL YOUR INFORMATION. Our company belief is that selling information about our customers, would-be customers, or other website visitors is not only creepy, but ethically wrong. The way we see it, the practice treats people - real people - like a commodity to be sold just to make someone's algorithm slightly more profitable. (Not cool). The information we collect may be stuff like:

  • What browser you're using, the IP address, and related metadata
  • Name, phone number, and email address (if you choose to share those with us)
  • Products and services you are interested in ZAMKO providing for you
If at any time, you would like to know what, if any, information of yours we have; fix any inaccuracies; or have us delete your information, just let us know and we will be happy to do so. Also, if you feel like there is something fishy going on or have concerns or questions, just call (1-877-461-ZAMKO) or email us (service@zamkotech.com) and we will be happy to address it.

Your information is valuable, we understand that. We make sure to safeguard your data and keep it away from sleezeballs and the like. Always make sure that the little lock icon is in the address bar, or our website starts with “https://” before submitting any information (this is a good idea for all websites too). Any changes to our privacy policy will be published here, and if you are on our mailing list, you will be notified there as well.

1.1 Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on zamkotech.com. We only have access to and/or collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, request pages, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to any third party. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us or provided us this information. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

1.2 Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number provided on our website:

  • See what data we have about you, if any
  • Change/correct any data we have about you
  • Have us delete any data we have about you
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data

2.1 Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

3.1 Notification of Changes

We will update this policy page, and if we have your email information, contact you via email regarding any changes to this policy.

3.2 Other Provisions as Required by Law

We will update this policy to adhere to any laws applicable to your information, at any time such laws are enacted.

3.3 If you feel that we are not abiding by this privacy policy, you should contact us immediately via telephone at 877-461-9265 or via email.
